20 push ups/in a single attempt in 03 minutes.

Digging of 1 ditch / hole of length x width x depth (2*2*2)

weight lifting 30 kg in single attempt.

climbing tower / ladder up on 10 feet wearing safety equipments.

wire pulling one (01) span of 100 feet.
